From an early age, Josie connected deeply with the unseen, recognizing her intuitive and empathic abilities while growing up on a farm. Josie was introduced to her first intuitive mentor, Liliana Barzola, at Lotus Lantern Healing Arts in 2004 where she experienced firsthand the profound clarity and healing that an intuitive reading could provide.

She felt empowered to dive deeper into this path and through years of training with Lotus Lantern Healing Arts (now the ABC Collective online) and other teachers, she refined her intuitive abilities, offering healing in an ethical and grounded way for over 20 years.

Josie brings this unique blend of professional expertise and intuitive insight to the Big Island of Hawaii. As a dedicated real estate agent, she seamlessly guides home buyers, sellers, and investors through the island's unique market, aligning their property goals with their vision for the future.
